I have placed an order and haven't received a shipping confirmation yet

If you placed your order 1-3 business days ago our warehouse may still be packing your order and you should receive a shipping confirmation within the next 2 business days. 

If you placed your order more than 3 business days ago, and have not received a confirmation email, please provide your order number and email and we will look into this and get back to you as soon as possible.
