If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, send it back within 30 days of the delivery date to receive a refund or to exchange for a different size or better fit. All products you wish to return or exchange must be in their original packaging. Please note that our exchange and return policy does not cover damage caused by improper use.

Once our team has received your returned order, we will credit your original form of payment. All returns are processed after they have been delivered to our warehouse. Once processed, it can take up to 7 business days for a return credit to appear on your statement.

Please note that surplus products cannot be returned or exchanged.


We want you to get the right size and fit so exchanges are on us. Just send your shoes back within 30 days from when you received them and we’ll send you the shoe and style of your choice.
