I submitted a return and have not received my refund

All returns are processed after they have been delivered to our warehouse. Once processed, it can take up to 7 business days for a return credit to appear on your statement. You can check the status of your return by clicking the return status link in the email that was sent containing your return label.

If your return was delivered to our warehouse more than 2 weeks ago and you have not received a refund yet, please contact us.
