I already submitted and received my exchange order but need to create a new exchange or return
When submitting an exchange or return for an order that you have already exchanged, you will need to use your exchange order number, not your original order number. Your exchange order number can be found in your exchange order confirmation email and on your packing slip as well. The exchange order number will be in the format of your original order number with "EXC-" at the start of it. For example, if your original order number was 12345-YAM, your exchange order would be EXC-12345-YAM.
